CLAUDIA REVIDAT

Claudia Revidat is a French photographer and film director whose work moves between documentary photography and contemporary art. Exploring themes of identity, resilience and the human relationship with the environment, her practice combines intimate storytelling with a distinctive visual language shaped by analogue photography, rich colours and an instinctive sensitivity to light.

For over a decade, she has travelled across the world, immersing herself in communities and developing photographic and cinematic narratives that reveal the dignity, complexity and humanity of lives often overlooked.

Her projects, including Women of Fire, From Dusk Till Dawn, Dancing to Resist and The Monster of Ghazipur, explore the intersection of personal histories and wider social and environmental realities.

In 2026, she was named Overall Winner of Textile Exchange’s Fashion Regenerated Photography Competition, in partnership with Atmos, for her work on The Monster of Ghazipur. Combining photography and documentary filmmaking, the project examines the human and environmental consequences of waste and pollution in India, revealing the lives of communities living in the shadow of one of Delhi’s largest landfills. Her work has also been exhibited internationally, notably at PhotoVogue Festival in Milan, and recognised with the Prix du Public at RPBB.

Alongside her artistic practice, Claudia collaborates with leading international fashion, beauty and luxury houses, bringing the same sensitivity and distinctive visual language to her commissioned work.
